Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 13th International District Store.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
we're here to help.

Returns

Should there be an issue with your product, you have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you
received it. Items received after 30 calendar days will be deemed ineligible for a refund and returned to our inventory.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Your item must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or proof of
purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is deemed to be
eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Depending on your card
issuer's policies, it may take additional time to credit your account with the refunded amount.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you return an item outside of the 30 day refund period, you are still responsible
for shipping costs incurred.
